Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with the resolution process.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for defective or damaged products when replacement inventory is available.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
